For noise in y (measurement noise), CS only wildly amplify the noise;
For noise in x which is usually the case, the SNR decrease 3dB when undersampling ratio doubles (N/M);
Pros:
Dynamic range gain is theoretically 7.9dB for each doubling in N/M
